IM SO PHIT WELLNESS STUDIO is an innovative self-adjustment program. Our focus is using physical activity and teaching of proper nutrition to promote healthy life choices within participant’s natural environment. Participants will leave our program with a high sense of self-esteem, teamwork, leadership skills, along with clean healthy eating and much more.

We work with children and adults ages 9-82 years old.
